If you are not satisfied with your paid CirCompass subscription, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or renewal date.
New CirCompass Pro accounts include a 10-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial and may cancel at any time before it ends to avoid being billed.
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, the Merchant of Record for all CirCompass orders. To request a refund, go to paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or use the "Manage billing & invoices" button under Settings → Billing.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
